Design Develop LLC is a fresh architecture firm representing more than a decade of architecture practice in Colorado.

In 2010, Daniel Krausz established Design Develop Architecture to serve a discretionary clientele who appreciate design being innovatively harnessed to develop ultimate value for their projects.

Design Develop is currently working with clients representing educational and community projects in the Denver area. Current projects include Chabad at University of Colorado, Hillel Academy of Denver, and Belmar Senior Living Community.

Our experience includes:

  • Design of resort, multi-family, & condominium projects while with OZ Architecture totaling over 700 units.
  • Design of educational projects from public schools to university buildings with Bennett Wagner & Grody Architects representing over $75 million in construction.
  • Design consultant to Barker Rinker Seacat on Aish Denver community center.
  • Complete design and project management for start to finish project delivery, including entitlement procurement.
  • Interior design that delighted owners and end-users alike for delivering engaging spaces with realistic budgets.
